Pan-fried Wonton

Add appropriate amount of salt, chopped dried shrimp, light soy sauce, black pepper, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced celery, chopped wood ears and chopped green onion to the minced meat. Stir until the meat is firm, set aside.

Take a trapezoid-shaped wonton wrapper, add a small amount of meat filling on the narrow side, and slowly roll it up.

Spread a little water on the bottom right corner of the wonton wrapper, fold it in half and pinch it tightly.

If it is a square wonton wrapper, add meat filling in the center, spread water on the top, fold it in half and pinch it tightly.

Wipe clean water on the lower right corner, overlap the two corners of the wonton wrapper, and pinch it tightly.

Add an appropriate amount of Yuhuang oil to taste U-flavored peanut oil in the pan. After 50% of the heat, add the wontons. Fry the wonton on low heat until the bottom of the wonton is slightly yellow, add appropriate amount of boiling water, cover the pot, cook on medium heat until you can hear the sound of crackling in the pot, turn to low heat and cook until the water is about to dry, turn the wonton over and fry for 2~ 3 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and black sesame seeds.
Tips:
