Pan Fried Wonton
1.
Wash and drain the pork, chop into minced meat, add all the seasonings in seasoning 1, and stir in one direction.
2.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put the right amount of filling on the side of the wonton wrapper as shown in the picture
3.
Then wrap the wonton wrapper around the filling and roll it upwards twice, about three-quarters of the wonton wrapper
4.
Use the middle finger hook to press the filling area, and then pinch the two corners of the bottom side together, so that the wontons are wrapped
5.
Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, add wontons, and fry on low heat for about half a minute
6.
Pour a small bowl of hot water along the side of the pot, about a quarter of the size of the wontons
7.
Cover the pot with a lid, turn the pot a few times during the heat to make it evenly heated, and simmer until the water is dry
8.
Open the lid, pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and fry the wontons until the bottom is golden and crispy.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and a little fragrant black sesame seeds to serve
