If you don’t have an oven or are in a hurry, you can make delicious barbecued pork in a pan. "

Pan South Milk Barbecued Pork

1. Wash the plum meat (sandwich meat) and cut into 2cm thick slices. (I bought more than 1,000 grams of meat)

2. Mix the marinade well, pour it into the sandwiched meat, grasp it evenly with your hands, massage it as much as possible to let the marinade absorb, wrap it in plastic wrap (or put it in a fresh-keeping bag), and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Take the meat out of the refrigerator in advance, put it at room temperature, lightly grease the pan, heat it, and put the meat in.

4. Fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes, turn over and fry for 3-4 minutes.

5. Add about half a bowl of water to the remaining marinade, mix well, pour it into the pot, close the lid, cook on low heat for 10 minutes, turn over and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Brush a layer of honey on the meat and collect the juice over medium-high heat.

7. When half of the juice is received, turn it over, brush with honey, and cook until the juice thickens. (You can use scissors to cut the thick area to see if it's cooked through.)

8. Sheng Qi and let cool. (The color is very beautiful.)

9. Cut thin slices.

10. Drizzle with sauce.

11. The fragrant southern milk flavor is very delicious.
