Pancake Rolls with Chives

Add salt to the flour and mix well, then add hot water first, stir with chopsticks while adding, then add cold water, and stir with chopsticks while adding, until the flour becomes flocculent

Knead the dough into a dough. Knead the dough until it is smooth and buckle it with a basin. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Continue to knead the proofed dough for a while, knead it until the surface of the dough feels as delicate as a baby's skin, then divide the dough into two

Knead each into long strips and cut them into evenly-sized noodles

Take one agent, apply a layer of oil on one side with a brush, then cover the other agent on it, roll out into a pancake, and make the remaining dough in the same way

Do not put oil in the non-stick pan, turn on a low fire, put the dough into the pan, turn it over quickly when there are small bubbles on one side, and just after small bubbles appear.

Divide the baked noodles into two pieces, coat them with soybean paste, and roll them with chives and parsley to make a delicious pancake roll with chives.
