Pancakes

Prepare flour, leeks, and eggs.

Put a little salt in the flour.

Add water in batches and stir the batter (don't add enough water at a time, be sure to add water in batches).

Tips:
1 Add water to the pancake noodles in batches. Do not add enough water at a time, otherwise it will not be chewy. 2 Make sure to wake up for 20 minutes after mixing the noodles. 3 Pancake rolls are a very casual way to eat, you can roll any dish you like. Generally, potato shreds cannot be less.
