Pancakes with Shrimp Skin and Carrot

Prepare ingredients: flour, starch, dried shrimp skin (also called dried shrimp), white radish, lard residue;

Peel and shred the radish, and use a large pot to serve;

Add chopped lard residue, garlic sprouts and shrimp skin;

Pour in flour, starch, salt, chicken powder;

Stir evenly with chopsticks, avoid water and make a batter;

Heat up a pan, put an appropriate amount of oil, scoop up the batter with a spoon, and fry slowly in the pan over medium and small heat;

Tips:
If there is no lard residue, you can use stir-fried pork belly instead. The garlic sprouts can also be replaced with chopped green onions. The ingredients are as you like, remember to mix a little starch in the flour, and the taste will be crispy after being fried.
