A simple and delicious chicken and vegetable curry rice ball.

Ingredients

Panda Paradise of Curry Rice Ball

1. The main materials are available.

2. Mince ginger and garlic, dice potatoes, onions, carrots, chicken breast, and cut broccoli into small stalks for later use;

3. Heat oil in a pot, add minced ginger and garlic, and fry the onion until fragrant;

4. Put the curry cubes in, use a spatula to hold the curry cubes and rotate them in the wok, the curry cubes will melt quickly;

5. After the curry is stir-fried, pour an appropriate amount of coconut milk into the pan;
