Panlong Cowpea

Cut the cowpea around and cut it in the middle.

Put salt in boiling water, boil the cowpeas, rinse with mineral water or ice water, remove and drain for later use.

Tear it in half by hand and place it on the plate.

Stir soy sauce, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, green pepper oil, and mineral water.

Pour in the minced garlic, dried chili, and Chinese pepper, drizzle with the sauce, and drizzle with hot oil.
