Papaya, Celery and Shrimp

Wash the shrimp first.

First cut into 6 pieces.

Then cut into small pieces.

Wash celery and cut into inch pieces.

Boil it in a pot and remove it to control the water.

Put oil in the pot, add shrimps to 40% heat.

Fry until the shrimps are colored.

Sheng out and set aside.

Put oil in the pan, add celery and stir fry.

Add shrimp and stir fry.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar and stir fry evenly.

Add papaya and stir fry, then add green onion and ginger oil before serving.

Tips:
1. Put the papaya in boiling water and just blanch it, don't burn it, the papaya I bought is a bit overripe
2. Deep-fried shrimps are a bit tenderer, otherwise the shrimps will not taste good when they are fried.
