Papaya Chicken Soup

Prepare the materials.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and sugar, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Peel the papaya and slice it.

Cut coriander into sections.

Add 1500ml of water to the pot, add red dates and ginger slices to a boil.
