Papaya Crucian Carp Soup

The crucian carp is slaughtered and washed. After soaking up the water with kitchen paper, cut a few diagonally on the fish; peel the papaya, remove the seeds, wash and cut into diamond-shaped pieces; slice the ginger and cut the green onion into sections for later use

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, fry the crucian carp into the pan and fry it into yellow on both sides; pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, add ginger, green onion, garlic, add salt, papaya cubes, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook for 20 minutes

Add some light cream to remove the fishy smell and taste more mellow
