Papaya Crucian Carp Soup

Crucian carp marinated in cooking wine for 15 minutes (to remove fishy)

Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces.

Fry the fish until golden on both sides

Add ginger slices and add some boiling water.
5.
After the water boils, add papaya and peanuts and cook for 30 minutes.
6.
Add milk and cook for another 20 minutes
7.
Add pepper and cook for another 10 minutes
8.
Just add salt to taste before boiling.
