Papaya Crucian Carp Soup

Prepare the papaya.

Prepare the crucian carp.

After washing the crucian carp, add salt, cooking wine and ginger to marinate.

Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, wash and cut into pieces.

Tips:
1. Pickle the crucian carp in advance, fry it first and then boil the soup, the soup will be easy to boil milky white.
