Papaya Crucian Carp Soup
1.
The crucian carp is slaughtered and washed for later use.

Peel and seed the papaya and cut into large pieces.
3.
Heat oil in a pan to fry the crucian carp.
4.
Fry both sides until golden brown and serve.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole and pour the papaya.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of lean meat slices.
7.
Add a few slices of ginger.
8.
Pour the fried crucian carp into the casserole.
9.
Cover and cook on high heat and then change to low heat and boil for an hour.
10.
Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
Tips:
Remember to put ginger, or it will be too fishy.
