Papaya Soup

Remove the seeds of the papaya, cut through the middle, and cut into thick slices

Heat oil in the pot, add garlic slices and aniseed to cook until fragrant

Pour the papaya slices and stir fry

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, add salt and soy sauce, and stir-fry for 3 or 5 minutes until the edges of the papaya change color

Pour in 3 bowls of water. After making it, there will be 2 bowls. Bring to a boil on high heat and turn to medium heat. Cook for about ten minutes

Add the flour to the right amount of cold water, and mix into a thick and moderate batter

When the papaya is cooked through, pour the batter into the pot and stir while pouring

Boil it again and it will be out of the pot
Tips:
1. In step 7, you can taste the saltiness of the soup and adjust it to suit your taste.
2. When pour the batter in step 7, stir while pouring to prevent the batter from forming a lump to make a thick soup.
