Papaya, Tremella, Lotus Seed Soup
1.
Ingredients to be prepared: papaya
2.
Use half of it as a bowl (use a knife to scrape off the surrounding meat, so that the soup will be more), and cut the other half into pieces.
3.
Half of passion fruit is used to make tea and make beverages. It is fragrant and sweet with sourness. You can leave it or not, but you can figure it out by yourself.
4.
Soak the red beans, barley, white fungus, lotus seeds, and lily for half an hour. When the soup is almost ready, just put the sago straight down. (No need to soak, or it will be useless)
5.
Wash the longan and red dates in water for a while.
6.
Put lotus seeds, red beans, barley, lily, rock sugar, brown sugar in the rice cooker (for color mixing, so that the color of the soup will look better.).
7.
After the water boils, add red dates and longans.
8.
Put in sago at the end, and papaya at the end. The other half of the papaya for making a bowl is steamed on top. (The fruit can be warmed a little, it is too rotten and tastes bad.)
9.
When the water becomes viscous, you're done. At this time, you can put the passion fruit in and stir. To boil this kind of thing, you have to take it slowly, and it is good if you go through it. (It took more than two hours to complete.)
