Papaya Tremella Syrup

Soak the white fungus into small flowers, add water, rock sugar, and steam until soft and set aside.

Cut the papaya into diamond-shaped pieces, boil water in a pot, add rock sugar, ginger slices, and boil the papaya.

Add the steamed white fungus to the sugar water.
Tips:
The white fungus must be steamed until soft and not too much water, otherwise it will lose its smooth taste. Do not boil the papaya to affect the beauty.
