Parsley Chicken Drumsticks
1.
Wash the chicken thighs, put them in a pot and boil them with water, add Chinese pepper, an appropriate amount of white wine, and cook until the chicken is almost cooked.
2.
Change the wok, add oil, when the oil is hot, add garlic, celery cut into sections, fry until fragrant, add chili sauce and fry, finally put in the chicken drumsticks, after frying over high heat, add soy sauce, add appropriate amount of water, medium heat .
3.
Wait until the water is almost boiled dry before adding water, repeat several times (for your own discretion), and finally collect the water by the fire.
Tips:
1. The main taste of this dish depends on the taste of the chili sauce. I used a kind of chili sauce which is basically not spicy but somewhat sweet, so it tastes refreshing. I haven't tried it with other spicy sauces. I guess the taste will be better. Not the same.
2. Try the taste at any time, don't add too much when adding water repeatedly.
