Parsley Mixed with Preserved Eggs

After the preserved eggs are washed and peeled, each egg is cut into 8 pieces.

Wash the coriander and cut into long sections. Peel the garlic and chop into minced garlic.

Take a small bowl, add salt, soy sauce, chili pepper, vinegar, and monosodium glutamate to make a flavored sauce.
4.
Take a plate, spread coriander on the bottom of the plate, and place the preserved eggs on top of the coriander.
5.
Sprinkle the minced garlic on the preserved eggs.
6.
Pour the tuned sauce on top and serve.
Tips:
The sauce of preserved eggs should be prepared according to personal preference.
