I used to go back to my hometown at this time of the year. I didn't go back this year. I remembered that I always bought fermented bean curd buns at home.

Partridge Egg Fermented Pork Bun

1. The partridge eggs are boiled and peeled. It depends on how much you do

2. Mix the main ingredients and knead into a smooth dough, cover and ferment to double the size

3. Half of the pork leg is chopped, and the other half is cut into diced meat. Add white shallots, fermented bean curd juice, vinegar, sugar, oil and stir clockwise until vigorous

4. The fermented dough is vented and divided. Any size, no special requirements

5. Take a potion and roll it out

6. Add meat and partridge eggs

7. Kneading

8. Wake up for 30 minutes after it is done, put on a drawer and turn to medium heat for 18 minutes.

9. I’m nagging here, I’m using this red fermented bean curd

Tips:

Red fermented bean curd can be bought from the brand you like.
