Pasta (office Family Lunch Series)
1.
Prepare the ingredients, wash the onions, meat, eggplant, and peeled tomatoes and cut into small cubes (tomatoes can be easily peeled by cutting the bottom of the tomato and boiling it in a pot for a minute or two)
2.
Pour a little cooking oil into the pot, saute the shallots and ginger, then add the minced meat, stir fry to change the color, and add a little salt to serve.
3.
Put a little oil in the pan, add the diced tomatoes and stir fry, then add the diced onion and the diced eggplant in turn
4.
Then pour the minced meat into the three cubes, add salt to taste, stir fry, then add tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly, and finally add water to a low heat and simmer. I was more anxious and simmered for ten minutes before turning off the heat, but it was delicious Understand
5.
This step is actually the first step, because the noodle cooking can be done simultaneously, which saves time and can sleep longer. Put boiling water in a pot, add a little salt, add the pasta and cook for seven or eight minutes, remove it in cold water, and finally pour a few drops of cooking oil and mix well to pack. When you want to eat at noon, use boiling water to soak the pasta. It doesn’t take more than 5 seconds to pour out, and then you can eat it with the sauce.
Tips:
1. Stir fry for a while, add more tomato juice, and fry the tomatoes a little bit more. But this also depends on personal taste, ha ha.
2. The pasta is generally cooked for seven or eight minutes. You can fish out one to see if it is easy to break and if there is a white spot in the middle. If it is, then you can fish out.
3. The oil is poured to prevent the noodles from sticking, just a few drops are enough.
