Pasta with Avocado and Shrimp

Take the shrimp out of the shell, open the back to remove the sand thread and the gut thread on the abdomen.

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and five-spice powder, stir evenly, and let stand for 20 minutes.

Boil water in a boiling pot, add pasta, add a little oil and salt, and cook over medium heat.

Tips:
1. Add a little oil and salt when cooking pasta to make the noodles more gluten and not easy to pan.
2. The cooked pasta should be rinsed and mixed with olive oil to avoid adhesion.
