Pasta with Baked Meat Sauce

Wash the tomatoes, cut the top of the skin into a cross knife, boil water, use cold water, tear off the skin, and cut into small pieces

Cut the pork into minced pieces, add water starch, half a teaspoon of salt and mix well

Dice the onion. Heat vegetable oil and sauté the onions until translucent.

Add diced tomatoes, sauté the tomatoes on low heat until they become a thick sauce, add tomato sauce, corn kernels, and peas

Finally add the marinated minced meat, add pizza straw, black pepper, salt to taste

Cook until the minced meat changes color, then turn off the heat

While frying the sauce, boil the pasta. Put a small amount of salt and olive oil in the water, cook for about 8 minutes after boiling, remove and drain.

First preheat the oven and heat it to 180°C. Pour the pasta with the pasta sauce and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese on the surface
