I like simple and casual dishes more and more. There is no need to prepare too many ingredients and seasonings. One or two kinds of ingredients, home-made seasonings, random collocation, return to the original point of the ingredients-simple cooking, simple taste. The beef pasta that my son likes is extremely simple, but it's refreshing for summer.

Pasta with Beef: Back to The Origin of Ingredients

1. Wash and chop beef.

2. Add black pepper.

3. Add light soy sauce, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes.

4. Boil water in a pot, add salt and cooking oil (1/2 tablespoon), add pasta.

5. Turn to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

6. Scoop up the cooked pasta and put it on the plate.

7. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the beef.

8. Add 2 tablespoons of noodle soup, boil and turn off the heat.

9. Place the fried beef on pasta and serve.

Tips:

The cooking time of pasta can refer to the way of eating in the packaging bag.
