Pasta with Black Pepper and Shiitake Meat Sauce

1. Slice garlic and chop shiitake mushrooms.

2. The meat is stirred and opened.

3. Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic and mushrooms and sauté until fragrant.

4. Then add the meat and stir-fry, add the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and chopped basil, stir-fry evenly.

5. Add a bowl of clean water, turn the heat to a low heat and simmer until the water becomes less, add a small amount of chicken essence and turn off the heat.

6. Boil water, put the pasta upright, stir and cook for 8 minutes when it softens.

7. Boil the small rapeseed and make a hot spring egg as a side dish!
