Pasta with Green Sauce

Wash the basil and let it dry as much as possible. You can use a kitchen towel to absorb the moisture

Except olive oil, add all the ingredients to the food processor, break them, and gradually add olive oil until it becomes a thick paste

Bring to a boil, add a little salt and olive oil, add the pasta, and cook until the hardness you like

Serve the pasta and cool, mix in a little olive oil, add green sauce to your taste, mix well and eat
Tips:
1. In fact, there is no fixed proportion of various ingredients. Look at it for yourself, don't have too much garlic, so as not to be too spicy. For my small bowl of green sauce, I use four or five small garlic cloves;
2. The salt should not be too much. If the noodles are weak, you can add salt. If it is salty, it will be difficult to handle;
3. If you do too much, put it in a clean airtight box, and pour enough olive oil on the surface to cover it all.
