In Europe, there are many kinds of ham, some are cooked and some are raw, and the methods are also rich and varied. They can be eaten raw or made into sandwiches and hamburgers. They are also good ingredients for dishes.

Today, I will introduce a quick dish-spaghetti with ham and cream. The salty aroma of Italian ham and the creamy creamy aroma match very well. The pasta has a strong Italian style.

Pasta with Ham and Cream

1. Chop onion, dice ham, and grated cheese.

2. The pasta is cooked and set aside. You can drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent the pasta from turning into a lump.

3. Melt the butter and fry the ham until slightly browned.

4. Pour in the onions and stir-fry for a few minutes on low heat until the onions are completely soft.

5. Pour the cream and milk, stir well, add salt and crushed black pepper to taste.

6. Pour in the shredded cheese and stir well.

7. Stir in the pasta and serve on a plate, sprinkle with a little cheese when you eat.

Tips:

1 The ham I used is Italian ham. You can also use regular ham instead, but pay attention to the portion to avoid being too salty.
2 If you think the cream is too fatty, you can use milk instead.
3 Don't be afraid to put the cheese in the boiled pasta. The cheese has a certain thickening effect, so there is no need to cook the sauce too thick.
4 For pasta, you can choose flat noodles, which are easier to catch the sauce.
