Pasta with Mushrooms, Pumpkin and Bacon

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Divide into two (one for pumpkin sauce) and set aside

Wash the two kinds of mushrooms and cut off the stalks for use

Bacon chopped

Mince pork (you can also use ground meat directly), add a little salt and black pepper, stir well and set aside

Chop the onion and divide it into two portions and the pumpkin to make pumpkin sauce

The other part of the onion will be fried with the meat

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and olive oil to boil, add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes, remove and set aside

Then saute the onion, add black pepper and masala to fragrant, add the diced pumpkin, and fry until the pumpkin can be crushed

Add appropriate amount of milk and salt and stir well

Put the pumpkin puree aside and set aside

Put vegetable oil in the pot and sauté the onion, meat, and bacon, add a pinch of salt and black pepper

Add mushrooms and diced pumpkin after frying

After the mushrooms and pumpkin are ripe, add the pumpkin puree and stir evenly

Stir in the pasta, stir well and turn off the heat

Put it into a baking bowl

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the pasta into the baking tray and sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake for 7-8 minutes

After roasting, take out and sprinkle with a bit of chopped parsley
