Pastoral Colorful Vegetable Bacon Pizza
1.
140 grams of flour, 1 gram of yeast, about 70 grams of warm water, mix with chopsticks to form dry powder;
2.
After making the dough with your hands, drip some olive oil, about 5 grams;
3.
Wrap it with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to let it ferment. The fermentation temperature should not be higher than 35 degrees.
4.
5.
Shred the whole piece of mozzarella cheese into shreds and set aside
6.
Start making sauces and ingredients: cut tomatoes into cubes, onion cubes, and garlic slices.
7.
Pour olive oil into the hot pan and add onion and garlic to fry the aroma;
8.
Then add tomatoes.
9.
Add salt, sugar, pizza straw, basil, black pepper and other seasonings. Slowly sauté the tomatoes into a sauce over medium and low heat. When it is dry, I put the juice squeezed from the cherry tomatoes until it becomes more viscous. The sauce is set aside.
10.
Take out the dough and make it according to the size of a 9-inch pizza pan, and make the sides of the pie.
11.
Prick some small eyes with a fork at the bottom of the cake,
12.
Then spread the tomato sauce;
13.
Add bacon slices to a layer;
14.
Sprinkle with green beans, corn, carrots, etc.;
15.
Put the saint's flesh on
16.
Sprinkle shredded cheese, put it in a preheated oven at 230 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
17.
The pizza can be out of the oven until the surface of the pizza turns golden yellow.
Tips:
I use the hand-made noodles. After mixing, cover them with plastic wrap. If the room temperature is low, you can put hot water in the microwave to keep the temperature and humidity of the fermentation.
You can also buy ready-made pizza sauces for your own fried sauces.
It is best to squeeze the juice of the saint woman, otherwise too much vegetable soup will affect the taste of the pizza;
If the sauce is too dry when frying, you can add saint woman juice until it is thick;
Because I like the scent of onions, the amount added is relatively large, and the cut pieces are also large, which can be adjusted according to personal preference.
My oven does not adjust the temperature of the upper and lower fire separately. I chose the maximum of 230 degrees. It has been fully mature after 15 minutes of baking, and the color is deep enough that you can adjust it according to the actual situation of your own oven.
