Potato and carrot shredded

A small section of red intestine, sliced

Wok oil

Fried potato shreds and carrot shreds

Put some salt

Pumpkin puree and flour, plus yeast and good dough, let it rise for more than 30 minutes, (see my other pizza recipes for details) and press it on the pizza pan

Spread your own fried pizza sauce

Spread the fried potato shreds

Put red sausage on the edge

In order to make the baked pattern beautiful, sprinkle mozzarella in the gaps

Middle and lower level of the oven, 200 degrees, 25 minutes
