Pastoral Time-true Eight Treasure Rice

1. Cook the glutinous rice with water, mix it with sugar and lard and stir well.

2. Mix all the above ingredients into fillings and set aside.

3. Put most of the glutinous rice in step 1 into a bowl that has been greased in advance, leaving a hole in the middle, and fill it with the filling.

4. Cover the filling with the rest of the glutinous rice. Put the steamer on high heat and steam for 20 minutes

5. Take out the bowl of glutinous rice and place it upside down into a larger plate

6. Take out the bowl and garnish with goji berries or other ingredients

7. Cook the soup-350 ml of water; 1 teaspoon of dried osmanthus and 2 tablespoons of corn flour for boiling to thicken.

8. Pour the soup onto the glutinous rice.

9. While it is hot, the glutinous rice is served with fillings and soup. It is mellow and soft, sweet and refreshing.
