Pat Cucumber

Ingredients: cucumber. chicken essence. sesame oil. white rice vinegar. sugar. salt. garlic. red pepper. soy sauce. I forgot to take pictures.

The cleaned cucumber is smashed with a knife.

After smashing, cut into sections.

Put the cucumber segments, crushed garlic, and sliced red pepper rings into a large bowl.

Add chicken essence, sesame oil, white rice vinegar, sugar, salt, a little light soy sauce and mix well. (In summer, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour and it will be more refreshing).
6.
Plate.
