Pat Cucumber

Prepare the cucumbers, wash them, and put them on the board.

Prepare the garlic, peel it, and wash it.
3.
Cut the cucumber into 2-3 sections and cut each section in half.
4.
Cut garlic into minced garlic and set aside.
5.
Fry the bacon in a frying pan and set aside.
6.
Gently pat the cucumber to pieces and place it in a container.
7.
Pour the light soy sauce, add salt, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.
8.
Place the fried bacon in a basin, add chili sauce and minced garlic and let stand for ten minutes.
9.
Fill the pot after ten minutes.
Tips:
Cucumbers should be tender, preferably fruit cucumbers.
