Pat Cucumber

Wash the cucumber, pat flat, and cut into small pieces for later use.

Chop the garlic cloves, add all the remaining ingredients and set aside. (If you like spicy food, add millet pepper)

Put the oil in the pot, turn off the heat when the oil temperature rises, and pour it into the prepared garlic sauce.
4.
Stir the garlic sauce into the cucumber, stir well and eat.
