Pat Cucumber

Rub the cucumber skin with a spoonful of salt

Remove both ends and cut into small pieces

Millet pepper, cut into circles, garlic, and minced

Put on top of cucumber

Pour two spoons of oil into the pot to heat up, and pour into the millet pepper and minced garlic

Add two spoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of balsamic vinegar

Tips:
Try to smash the cucumber to make it easier to taste. The chilli noodles used here are the residue left over from making chilli oil, so there is no need to pour hot oil.
