Pat Cucumber

First, wash the cucumbers. Because they are eaten raw, you can scald the skins with warm water. If it is a safe food that is grown at home, of course you don’t need it. Put the cucumber on the chopping board. Since you are shooting cucumbers, of course you have to shoot the cucumber back and forth twice with a knife. When you shoot it cracked, it will be easier to taste, and then cut into small pieces for easy access.

Remove the garlic from the coat, flatten the garlic with a knife, and chop it into minced garlic
