Pea Cake

Wash fresh peas

Put it in an electric pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water. Press the legume tendon button

Cook, remove, control the moisture

Put it into a vegetable wringer and mash until it becomes a paste. This process is definitely better with a food processor, which is more broken and more delicate. I was in trouble, so I used the vegetable wringer directly. Coarser, but does not affect the taste

Add the blended paste to powdered sugar, mix well, and put it into a biscuit mold to shape. (You should use a moon cake mold to look better. I don’t have one. I use a biscuit mold instead). It tastes better when placed in the refrigerator.
