Pea Cat Ears
1.
In a large bowl, add 1 small teaspoon of salt, 300g flour, add water to make a dough, cover and wake up for 20 minutes.
2.
Wash peas, dice carrots, dice mushrooms, dice ham, slice ginger, and cut green onion.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add sliced ginger and ham, boil on high heat for 15 minutes, then simmer for 20 minutes.
4.
While cooking the ham, divide the awake dough into strips about 1 cm in diameter. Sprinkle a little cornmeal on it (to prevent stickiness), and cut into small pieces of about 1cm with a knife.
5.
Press the small dose with your thumb and roll it into a curled ear shape.
6.
Heat the pan and put the oil, add green onions and fry until fragrant, then put the prepared peas, mushrooms, and carrots into the pan and stir fry.
7.
Pour the fried mixed vegetables and rubbed cat ears into the ham pot and cook for about 5 minutes. Before serving, add light soy sauce and white pepper to taste according to personal taste.
