Chuanbei Jelly has always been my favorite Sichuan-style food. Every bite is cool and spicy and delicious. The taste is crispy and tender. I eat it three times a week. Xiaoni is still not addicted to it. In fact, the jelly is too simple to make. Look at it. The sweet potato jelly made by my mother since I was a child, and the pea jelly I made now are so delicious. I think everyone’s memory of happiness should start with deliciousness.
I like Sichuan flavor. If you like jelly, you can make it with me. If your child doesn’t eat spicy, you can leave out the chili. It is also delicious. Summer jelly can be used as a dish or as a meal. It can be done in minutes without fumes. I believe you have learned it, the table will light up in seconds.

Pea Jelly

1. Put the pea starch into the bowl, the ratio of peas to water is 1:8, that is, 100 grams of peas, 800 grams of water, according to this theory

2. Add water and mix thoroughly

3. Put water in the pot and boil, pour pea starch

4. Pour in while stirring, otherwise it will form uneven dough

5. Brush the container with vegetable oil

6. Pour the prepared batter

7. Put it in the refrigerator and pour it on the chopping board when you eat

8. Take the scraper and scrape it into strips

9. This piece of jelly can make two plates

10. Shred the cucumber and put it on top of the jelly

11. Add vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, spicy red oil to the bowl and mix well

12. Pour into the jelly

13. Sprinkle with chopped shallots

Tips:

1. The ratio of powder to water can also be proportioned by yourself. If you like harder, add more powder. If you like softer jelly, add more water. But the first time you do it, it’s best to add it in proportion. Success or failure lies in the ratio of powder and water.

2. When making the jelly paste, be sure to pour the pea powder while stirring, otherwise it will become uneven.
