Pea Miao Fish Ball Soup

Pick and wash the pea sprouts and prepare the fish balls

Prepare shredded ginger
3.
Pour water into the soup pot, add shredded ginger, and bring to a boil

Pour fish balls and cook rice wine

Add salt and olive oil

Tips:
1. The homemade grass carp balls I use can be exchanged for various fish balls according to my own preferences. Shrimp balls or meat balls are good.
2. The bean sprouts will be cooked when they change color in the soup, so wait for the final addition to taste the best.
