Pea Noodles

Prepare peas, you can make more at a time, freeze them and use them at any time; soak dried peas in clean water overnight;

Wash the soaked peas and put it in a pressure cooker, soak in water, and it will be ready for 25 minutes after SAIC;

Pork fried sauce method: put oil in the wok, you can put more oil, so that the fried sauce will be dry and fragrant. After the oil is heated, stir-fry the meat stuffing, add the cooking wine, until the minced meat is dry and golden brown;

Tips:
Noodles should be cooked afterwards, or cooked at the same time as the sauce
