Pea Stir-fry

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and dice, remove the seeds of the red pepper, and dice.

Put the green peas in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, pick up and soak in ice water, drain and set aside.

Cut the lean pork meat into small cubes, add a little starch, mix the light soy sauce and some water, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put the pot on the fire, add oil and heat, add the diced pork and stir-fry, and add the cooking wine.

Add the diced mushrooms and stir-fry the green peas.

Pour in the diced red pepper and stir well.

Add salt, sugar, and seasoning.

Add water starch to thicken and stir-fry, pour in a little sesame oil and turn off the heat.
