Pea Yellow

The filtered pea milk is set aside

Pour 250g of water into the pot, add sugar after boiling

After saccharification, turn to low heat, pour soy milk into a bowl, and stir constantly

Boil until it is thicker and becomes a paste, about 10-15 minutes

Pour into a clean bowl and let it cool down

Unmold, cut into small pieces and ready to eat!
Tips:
1. Pea flour is raw, if it is not cooked properly, it will have a peculiar smell, so it must be cooked in place
2. The whole cooking process is a small fire, and it must be stirred continuously
