This was taken to Beijing when I sent my son to school in September last year. My uncle is over 90 years old and my little niece is 2 years old. This peach crisp is delicious and melts in your mouth. It is very suitable for the elderly and children! And the method is very simple, just mix all the ingredients and bake it.
Walnut kernels are rich in protein, amino acids and mineral elements, have high nutritional value, and have the effects of nourishing the lungs and kidneys, reducing blood lipids, and preventing coronary heart disease. Long-term consumption has the effects of longevity, beauty, and anti-aging. "

Peach Crisp

1. Put the walnuts in the oven and heat up and down at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes and bake them, and chop them. (Temperature and time are for reference only, must be adjusted according to your own oven, don’t bake it)

2. Put powdered sugar and eggs in the oil and mix well

3. Mix the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder well

4. Sift into the oil pan

5. Add chopped walnuts

6. Mix well with chopsticks

7. Use your hands to form a dough, divide it into small doughs of about 20 g/piece, round them slightly with both hands, and flatten them onto a baking sheet lined with greased paper. Note that there should be a gap between each small round cake. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.

8. You can also brush a layer of egg liquid

9. If you still have walnut kernels at home, you can also put half a walnut kernel on top of each peach crisp

10. It will be crisp after being baked and placed on a grill to cool.

Tips:

This peach crisp can be said to have zero failures, and there are no tricks. As for whether to brush the egg mixture during the final roasting, or whether to press a piece of walnut or sprinkle some sesame seeds on it, it is up to your preference. I think you can bake it without brushing the egg mixture or putting a whole piece of walnuts or sesame seeds. The baked product looks just like the one sold outside.
There is only one thing to say: the final baking temperature and time must be adjusted according to your own oven, and you should pay attention to it when baking, don't bake it.
