Peach Crisp

1. First, peel the walnuts and chop them into the end. spare

2. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for five minutes, put 85g of flour into the oven and bake for fifteen minutes, and bake to the following pattern. After baking, let it cool for use

3. Sift the baked flour and the remaining 45g of flour, baking soda and baking powder (if you use powdered sugar, you should also sift the powdered sugar at this step)

4. Add sugar and mix

5. Add salt and oil and knead into granules.

6. Put the chopped walnuts into the kneaded noodles and mix well

7. Add eggs and knead into dough

8. Wrap the oily dough with plastic wrap and let it stand for half an hour. (Please ignore Sydney’s dough-kneaded basin)

9. After half an hour, knead evenly into small dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with greased paper

10. Flatten the dough and put it in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. (The temperature required varies according to different ovens, so everyone must always pay attention)
