Peach Gum and Soap Japonica Rice Sweet Soup
1.
Prepare a pumpkin bowl, cut off the top of the pumpkin and remove the seeds
2.
Scoop out the pumpkin meat with a spoon, put it in a bowl and prepare it for steaming
3.
Steam the pumpkin bowl and pumpkin meat on the pot for 5 minutes, set aside
4.
The peach gum and saponified rice should be soaked overnight, and it is best to soak until there are no hard cores. Soak the red beans and barley for 4-6 hours; add a small amount of water to the pumpkin puree and make a puree with a mixer.
5.
Put the red beans, barley and saponified rice in a pot first, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 20 minutes after the water is boiled
6.
Add peach gum to make the soup thick and thick. After the red beans and barley are soft and rotten, add pumpkin puree and cook for a while
7.
After turning off the heat, sprinkle in cranberries and it will be out of the pot. If you like sweetness, you can add some rock sugar. I am not used to adding sugar. The sweet and sour taste of cranberries is just right.
8.
Put it in the prepared pumpkin bowl after it is out of the pot and prepare to start. It tastes better after being iced, but it is recommended that girls eat it when it is warm
Tips:
The saponified rice and peach gum must be soaked overnight, and the high-quality peach gum has a high rate of soaking. If it is the first time to make it, it is recommended to soak less. Add all kinds of fruits you like.
