According to personal preference, add appropriate amount of peach gum in the quilt, add appropriate condensed milk to taste, and you can enjoy it~
Tips:
1. When simmering peach gum, first boil the water and turn to low heat (I use an induction cooker to cook 400-600 watts) and simmer. Be sure to stir once every 10 minutes until it becomes thick.
2. The tea leaves can be replaced with any black tea.
3. If you are not sure how much tea is poured in Method 5, you can use the cup as a container to weigh (about half of the cup).
4. Condensed milk can be replaced with honey (white sugar). If you don't like sweetness, you can skip it, which will spoil the tea aroma.
5. Drink after refrigerating, the taste will be better.
The stewed peach gum is in the form of a translucent orange gel. It looks good in a transparent cup. The milk tea has a strong aroma. The peach gum QQ is soft and will not get greasy even after drinking two cups.
