Peach Gum Soap Japonica Rice Tremella Red Date Soup
1.
Weigh peach gum, saponified rice, and white fungus. Put them into a large bowl together, add half a bowl of clear water to soak for several hours, then remove impurities from the peach gum, and then add a new bowl of clear water to continue soaking. I usually soak the rice at noon the day before, clean up the impurities before going to bed at night, and get up the next morning to make porridge.
2.
After soaking, put all the ingredients into a small pot
3.
Add a large bowl of water, a pot of cold water, high heat to medium heat, and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Turn over with a spoon from time to time in the middle, peach glue is easy to stick to the pan. Before serving, add rock sugar or honey and adjust to suit your own taste. Of course, you can add a few dried cranberries.
4.
A bowl of babao porridge with thick gelatin is ready!
Tips:
Eat light porridge, put as little rock sugar as possible, and eat a little bit of sweetness. Now things range from bread and cake to biscuits, do we still eat less sugar? Originally, white fungus, peach gum, etc. are all things that are prone to gum. If you put too much sugar, the finished porridge will look like a honey pot~~ That's not my dish!
