Peach Gum Soup

Soak peach gum, snow swallow, and saponified rice one day in advance.

I usually soak peach gum for 24 hours. And then clean it repeatedly

Put water in the pot, add peach gum, saponified rice, water, and a piece of rock sugar.

Simmer for about 20 minutes, until the peach gum is simmered softly.

After the peach gum is stewed softly, add snow swallow, red dates and wolfberry.
The snow swallow will be simmered for 15 minutes at most. If it is simmered for a long time, the snow swallow will melt and cannot be drawn

It can be drunk directly after the stew, or it can be put into a bottle and kept in the refrigerator.
I use peach gum from Fang's shop.
Fangjiapu peach gum, retains the authenticity and restores the most authentic tears of peach
Tips:
The stewing time should be controlled well, and the peach gum should be stewed softly.
