Peach Gum, Tremella, Lotus Seed, Red Date Soup

Soak the peach gum and saponaria tremella overnight. The peach gum will become bigger after soaking in water. So master the amount. The lotus seeds don’t need to be soaked in water or they will not simmer.

Go and wash the lily, soak the red dates in water for a while, do not soak the longan and wolfberry in water!

Put the peach gum, saponaria, white fungus and lotus seeds in a pot, pour in enough water, and turn to a low heat to simmer for about 1 hour.

After the peach gum is soft and rotten, add the red dates and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then put the lily longan, wolfberry and rock sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat.

I sprinkled some germs when I ate it, it was delicious! Pour some milk or mix in brown sugar, too!
Tips:
The peach gum saponaria rice and white fungus must be soaked in advance. When the peach gum dries, it will become a lot after being soaked in water. Moreover, the peach gum itself is cold and should not be consumed in large quantities.
